For groceries and supplies, there are plenty of options within a short drive including Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. And when you've gotten your fill of the beach, head over to Big Kahunas Water & Adventure Park, just up the road. Things to Know Elevator in the building. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through our onsite provider, Sun, Sand & Sea. Located in the beach shack onsite. This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

I thought the condo was well furnished and maintained, I really liked it was on he 5th floor, I have stayed at Sterling sands many years but this was the first time I stayed on the west end of the building and it was very quiet and I enjoyed that , I know it may not be everyone’s thing but I like getting up early and seeing the views from the balcony that has a great view. I can’t hardly wait for my next visit

Huge balcony, very clean. Lots of room to spread out with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We had an issue with breakers in unit being blown at check-in, but Vacasa was quick to text back and help us remedy the situation. After that, smooth sailing. Washer is a bit noisy, but cleaned well. Only cooked once in the unit, but it had everything we needed. Would recommend this place!
