Stunning, waterfront home with Gulf views, pool & fitness room access is described as a great value and a wonderful place to stay, with guests repeatedly saying they would gladly return. Guests found the home spacious, comfortable, well furnished, and thoughtfully stocked, with a layout that worked especially well for families and relaxing beach stays. The property was frequently praised for being very clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and even better in person than expected. Its location was highlighted as convenient and accessible, with easy beach access and close proximity to dining, activities, and other local attractions. Guests consistently loved the breathtaking Gulf and ocean views from the large balcony, along with the scenic outlook over the pool and beach. Repeated highlights also included the warm pool, hot tub, fitness room, private beach access, in-unit laundry, and the clean, safe, and quiet feel of the overall property.

It's all about the view at this Gulf front rental on the Emerald Coast! Prepare meals in your full kitchen, put your feet up and breathe in the salty sea air from your private, furnished balcony, or head downstairs and experience all the on-site, resort amenities including a large, heated pool, fitness room, and an outdoor grilling area. While the beach is just steps from your rental, you'll find even more opportunities for fun in the sun at places like the Track where you can hop in a go-kart, play mini-golf, or brave the SkyFlyer, located right across the street. Race down some incredible water slides at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, less than a mile west. Or head to Henderson Beach State Park, a mile-and-a-half east, where you can hike the nature trail, do a little fishing, or relax on the warm sands. Things to Know Elevator in the building. This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

We loved the balcony overlooking the beach and the constant sound of the waves. We could see both the sunrise and the sunset. The double doors opened up the apartment for an enjoyable feeling.

First of all, the location was stellar! Just a few steps to white sandy beaches with crystal clear water. We stayed the week of Christmas and the beach was almost empty. We loved it! The pool itself was also nice as was the hot tub. Wonderful complex! The condo size was perfect for our family of 5. It was so nice to not feel cooped up like we previously have. The ocean view and proximity to the pool was also greatly appreciated. We saw dolphins several times from the comfort of the living room. However, the condo itself could use some TLC. Several smaller items (trash cans, chairs, streaming TVs) were either broken, not fully functioning, or on the verge of breaking. Also, parents will small children—the dining area has a carpet floor and beige seat cushions. We covered the cushions with a towel. While the sofa sleeper isn’t comfortable, the other two beds were. Do note that beach towels and extra blankets are not provided. With a little attention, this condo could easily be a 5/5 stay!

Condo 205 overlooked the pool and the view of the ocean was spectacular... I'd live here in this condo if I could!!!! Property is meticulously maintained. The views from the approx 20ft balcony is simply amazing. The balcony runs the full length of the condo and you can exit to it via livingroom or bedroom.
