All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach on the day of, based on availability. To reserve a beach setup in advance or for more information, please call 866-651-1869 or reserve online.

Balcony furniture is okay, just could have used one lounge recliner. Dining furniture is okay, very heavy, just need the seats cleaned.

The place is a great location great view ! Pictures are dieceiving for inside the unit. Home its slef house keeping did ok it does need some need cleaning and furniture replaced the couch was disgusting looked like it was picked up off the corner, I am not write reviews like this but it was gross we had to put a extra sheet over it to bare sitting on it . I am concerned there is mold in the unit as well , the mattresses in both master and twin beds where so uncomfortable and hard to sleep on , its bad when your 7 year even complains of how hard it is . I did need to get with costumer service as the a.c. stopped working properly they did keep in contact with me and it was fixed the day before we checked out . Over all please replace the mattresses I am sure know one would find them comfortable. The location is great and the view was great , we love the complex itself!
