Less than 15 miles from your front door, you can visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, Wave Cutter Fishing/Dolphin Tours, Saenger Theatre Pensacola, and Goofy Golf. Additionally, right at your stay, you'll have access to a shared pool. Kissed by the sun and ready to relax, throw your swimsuit in the private washer/dryer for a refresh, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking, and crawl under the soft linens available in both of the bedrooms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. It’s very cozy to stay. I love the beach being so close, back door connect right to the beach front. No stairs or elevator. Walk right out from the living room. Loved it.

I would definitely stay in this same unit again! Beach access was very easy. Getting luggage to and from was easy with it being lower level

A solid 4.5/5. Pros: The location was PERFECT. We could walk out our door to the pool and the beach. The layout of the condo was great. Wonderful area. We felt safe and it was not crowded at all. There is a closet on the outside patio that is packed full of beach toys, chairs, etc. Cons: The mattresses in the guest room need to be updated. They were pretty wore out and uncomfortable. One was very springy. The washer had a pretty heavy odor of mildew. There were a few things through out the condo that you could tell had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. But overall the cleanliness was not too bad. The walls/ceilings were pretty thin. You could hear the footsteps of people above you pretty loudly. We will still definitely return. This was probably one of our favorite places that we have stayed on the beach.

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and had an awesome time. It's on the first floor, right next to the pool, and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach—super convenient, especially with our kids. There’s a little grassy area right outside the patio that our kids loved playing in, and it was nice being able to sit outside and watch them while we relaxed. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. We really liked the big couch and large dining table—plenty of space to hang out and enjoy family time. The entertainment center even had a nice selection of board games, which we had a lot of fun playing in the evenings. It was a comfortable, easy place to stay and made for a really fun trip. We will definitely come back!
