Sound-Side Condo with Grill, Deck, & W&D and Shared Pool

I loved the location!

Perfect for families wanting to split time between the bay and gulf- so close to both! The condo Was very clean, however it is super basic. Unless the owner upgrades the kitchen cookware, do not plan to “cook” meals here unless it’s all microwave or oven baked. Get dishwasher supplies or paper products as there’s only enough plates for one meal. The carpet tack strips were annoying to step on, and there were at least 3 that my feet found. The bathrooms are basic, tiny toilets and tattered cabinets in need of upgrades that we did not feel should hold our toiletries. The king bed was firm and had a vinyl cover; whereas I feel like it had good intentions for hygiene….it was less than relaxing for sleep. Crinkle. The living room had enough space for more seating but only 1 couch and 2 chairs. This was limiting to our group. It was a comfortable couch though! More Perks- enough bedroom space and closets to hold all of us, plus our gear. Plenty of towels and the bathroom shampoo/conditioner/soap was a nice surprise. The air mattress was also a nice touch for our group. Bring your chairs, you’ll want them at the bay/beach/porch.

We loved Boardwalk Condominiums. It is a perfect location if you are looking for the relaxing beach trip. With the Bay basically in your back yard with a private beach to the gulf right across the street to the beautiful pool with a great sitting area right on the bay. The condo was very nice and clean , very spacious bedrooms with a bathroom in each. Beds were very comfortable. And enjoyed the balcony access from each level. All in all we would definitely book again… and plan to.

The condo is in a great location, easy to find easy to access and close to all the restaurants and downtown Pensacola Beach. A couple of items were broken when we arrived onto the property and we had received the wrong password for the Wi-Fi. After a phone call, I made them aware and I was given the correct password so no more problems with the Wi-Fi And we really enjoyed our stay. The only comment I have about the furniture is there is a cheap bed cover on the king size bed that’s like a cheap shower curtain and it wrinkles and makes noise every time you move all night long which is very annoying. You could spend a little bit more money and get a better mattress cover.

the location is great having. easy to cross the street to the beach and the fishing pier is nice
