This place had amazing views and great location. It is on the smaller side. Our family of 4 enjoyed it, just a little tight. Easy walk to the beach across the street. Didn’t have any issues with anything. The mattress could be replaced. A/C worked well. No ceiling fan in bedroom however. Would stay again.

Close enough to walk to restaurants or the beach, but far enough away from traffic and noise. Great for launching the kayak on Sabine bay with outside shower.

This is our 2nd year staying here. We love the location. This year I'm not sure if there was new cleaning people or what but it wasn't cleaned like last year. We hope for a better experience next time.

We booked this room on short notice and the week of the 4th of July. I was surprised to find the property available and the price was pleasant so we opted to stay an additional day (it was cost efficient compared to another property for less days). The unit is a one bed room with 2 full beds, so sleeping 4 adults is a bit tight, but the view and proximity to the Gulf make this a perfect little rental. We love Pensacola Beach and would recommend this rental. We will look at availability for any return trips.
