Beach access was a very easy 2-3 minute walk to a beautiful, very uncrowded beach. Easy trip back to everything Pensacola Beach offers yet in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities were mediocre but adequate. It was a good value.

For a family of 6 works. Just what you need a place to sleep and eat and about a 4 min walk to the beach . Nice access to the beach. No view of the beach. Suggestions take extra blankets and your own condiments for there's nothing available in kitchen but a few pots and pans . Loved the rinse off showers outside and have 3 access entrance one that leads start to showers . House is clean but no privacy outside. Surrounded by bigger home's all around front and back . We enjoyed our stay for what we went for the beach and somewhere to eat and sleep.
