Get away from it all in this lovely condo, featuring beautiful ocean views from a comfortably furnished balcony. Enjoy cooling off in central air conditioning after a long day at the beach. The gorgeous full kitchen is furnished with full-size appliances and outfitted with a modern-style backsplash and cabinets. You'll love the coastal-style decor throughout the space, including the unique bedroom sets. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan to help you relax at your own comfort level. The private washer/dryer set will help you be ready to head to the beach at a moment's notice. But no judgement if you want to linger on the balcony and take in the view, especially as the sun goes down. SHARED AMENITIES Pool Hot tub Fitness room THINGS TO KNOW **PLEASE NOTE** Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks. Work Schedule and Site Activity • Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. • In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m. • Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation. Access and Wait Times During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion. We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

The condo was fine. We had a toilet that wouldn’t refill so we called about that and with the help of the worker we rigged it to work until we left and it could be properly fixed. Immediately had to call and get the code to get into the parking lot. There was a different code for everywhere we went in the condos and we didn’t have them all. Thank goodness the other residences were there to help us or we would have been stuck on the beach. We counted 5 codes in total. Very difficult system! We had one false fire alarm late one evening and called Vacasa to see if they knew of anything that was happening. We did not receive a call back. Ended up not having to evacuate. Our neighbor told us it was the third false alarm in a week. The hot tub was out of service for two days and in February , it was definitely part of our vacation plan. That was disappointing. I would not recommend Emerald Isle to my friends.
The location. Comfortable sofas and chairs. 6 Nice chairs on porch.
While we love the location the view it was a little bit of challenge. There is only one slow working elevator. This is a challenge on the 11th floor. The amount codes/ pins you need to access and when/if they arrive was problematic for us. The kitchen is nice but do not expect any extra items in the pantry... no salt... no filters... etc.
Other than a couple hiccups door codes mostly all was great
Overall, the place was beautiful and clean and the view was incredible. The quick walk to the beach was perfect, and the pool was very nice and clean! However, the bedroom door to the master bedroom did not close all the way or lock, and the balcony access from the master was extremely difficult to open. There was also mold in the master bathroom on the ceiling above the shower and what appeared to be bloodstains on the bottom zipper sheet of king size bed. Another nightmare was they only have 1 working elevator, which took forever to go up or down with the amount of guests over the weekend. It took over 45 minutes on check out day to be able to load onto the elevator. I also left my wallet behind in the room (yes, leaving it behind is definitely on me), however they haven't been able to locate it. I asked if I could contact the 3rd party cleaning service they use to see if they located it, but they told me they could not give me that information, and I have had to call to get updates for them to tell me they didn't find it, instead of them contacting me like they said. All in all we would probably rent at this resort again, but just be extra cautious about leaving something behind.
