Come enjoy Pensacola Beach in the perfect location! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is bright, cheery and beautifully decorated. You are so close to the beach that you can even watch the kids from the balcony while they play in the pool or in the sand. This unit has flat screen TVs, WiFi internet access and so much more. Emerald Isle condos are within walking distance to all the best shops, restaurants and attractions on the beach. Things to know **PLEASE NOTE** Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks. Work Schedule and Site Activity • Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. • In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m. • Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation. Access and Wait Times During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion. We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Access to the beach is great and extremely close. The place is very secure! Good location and in walking distance of great places to eat!
It was great
You can't beat the property location. The property and the room itself definitely needs some work. You can tell that a company runs the home and not a person. Attention to detail is faulty but I thank Christine for helping us. She was a complete delight and was able to help us everytime.
I love the proximity to all of the things we wanted to do in the great restaurants.
Location and beach access was the seller with this resort. The unit was less than desirable with dated/small furniture. Wifi connection was terrible.
