Drive into Historic Pensacola Village, crossing over Pensacola Bay, for a fun day of sightseeing among boutique shops, museums, and low-key eateries. You could also go on a bike ride or jog on the paved strand just beyond your doors. Belonging to the Boardwalk condo complex, this home has plenty of tropical charm. Inside sit spacious rooms filled with coast-inspired decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern conveniences. The living area has a large, cable-equipped flatscreen TV with a DVD player and accompanying DVD library. Through sliding glass doors in the living room sits an outdoor balcony with bayfront views and seating. Amazing location- can just walk out of your back porch directly onto the beach. Comfortable space, but definitely in need of some TLC. Outdoor furniture was broken and uncomfortable. Indoor furniture was very worn. But overall we had a good stay and the price was fair.

The location is to die for! This is our 2nd time booking this location and our 7th time booking a unit on the Boardwalk with Vacasa. Both locations are beautiful but Vacasa is slowly going down hill. The pillows were unbearable, I’ve dealt with bad pillows but these were so thin they just shoved 2 flat pillows in one pillow case. We bought our own after the first night. We had mold growing out of our master bathroom sink spout. I didn’t realize it till the last day and when I wiped it the nasty black mold that I saw made my stomach hurt. We were brushing our teeth all week from a spout with a ton of mold growing. Also mold in the seal of the washing machine that we had to clean. Only one oar for the three kayaks was unbroken and there were no extra linens like advertised. This happened last year and I didn’t feel like begging for extra linens this year. I love the location but next year we will rent from another agent who cares just a little more about their tenants and property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boardwalk D4! The location was fabulous—just steps from the beach and right on the bayside, which gave us the best of both worlds. We spent time hanging out in the bay, walking on the pier, and taking some truly beautiful pictures. The condo itself was spotless and very comfortable. It has two bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a sofa bed, and a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals in. The décor was charming and made it feel like a true beach getaway. One of the highlights was the beach shed stocked with plenty of items, including kayaks, which our kids (ages 15 and 16) had a blast using. It was myself, a friend, my daughter, and a couple of her friends, and we all had more than enough space. We also love visiting Fort Pickens, and the condo’s location made it incredibly convenient—it’s just right down the road. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Anyone who goes to this Condo is Very Fortunate. The location is 2nd to none. We have been here 10 times! We will be back.
