Gorgeous ground-floor beachfront condo, shared pool and beach access!

Walk out patio

Great location, and can't get closer to the beach. Can walk for miles in either direction on the powder white sand. Incredible views from the living room, many shops and restaurants nearby.

It was late and we were tired when we arrived. But once we opened the patio door and looked out at the ocean we were refreshed! Wonderful lights going the length of the sidewalk next to the building, and wooden bridges over the breakwater dunes. The living room and bedroom have ceiling fans, the central HVAC works nicely, and a bath and a half meant no one had to wait their turn. The full kitchen was a godsend. We mostly ate at the fine restaurants in the area, but Thursday night was leftover night! We feasted on the pizza, shrimp crab cakes and steak we brought back. The huge TV in the living room was great for family time. My family really considered this condo home for the week. I highly recommend VACASA, they were very easy to work with and everything was done with emails and texts. There is an on-site office, but that is the building management (parking). We had a grand time in Destin!

Very nice, right on the beach. It was on the bottom floor. We would stay there again. Had everything we pretty much needed.

Easy access to beach! Ground level patio was a few steps from the beach!

The view from inside the condo was beautiful. Being on the first floor and so close to the beach is a definite advantage. We plan to stay at this condo in the future and would highly recommend it.
