21st-floor condo with Gulf views, pool, hot tub, tennis, sauna, & private W&D

I was pleased with Nothing. The pictures must have been taken when it was new, the place doesn’t even look the same. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great trip and wonderful condo that didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed the pool every night and the staff was excellent.

I booked a vacation for my family with 3 children one being Autistic. We arrived tried to check in wasn’t able to because vacasa did not notify the resort that I could check in early that was issue #1 finally after 45 minutes to an hour we get checked in and head to the room get there it smelled horrible like smoke and old pet urine, there was a white creamy stain on the arm of the sofa which I had to cover with a towel because I had children who I didn’t want to touch it, tried to connect to the WiFi but was unable to due to an electrical issue that we later found out about so not only were we without WiFi in a smelly dirty rental but there was 1 remote for 2/3 working TVs so imagine going from room to room trying to satisfy everyone and not being able to watch tv in the main room because guess what no WiFi the lights did not work in certain areas like the kitchen, living room and balcony later found out because of the electrical issue I spent my entire vacation on the phone trying to get someone to come out and fix the WiFi we were only there for a limited time and that time was wasted trying to get results and waiting for a technician I had to call several times to follow up with no resolution and was told that I would be contacted by an operations manager to guess what ? Not be contacted I called right before checking out to follow up again and you guessed it no resolution still no contact and I am back home in my home state. This was the worst experience of my life my family did not get to enjoy our stay at all because I was either on the phone , waiting for a technician or crying due to frustration with the situation. So if you’re looking to book through vacasa DON’T if you want to keep your sanity and enjoy your vacation

This location was great! Ocean views, bay views, 2 baseball fields, partial view of a gocart track, view of the airport and so so many planes fly by for those that like watching planes take off and land🙋🏼‍♀️ The traffic peanut provides some entertainment as well. You can see the fireworks from the Harbour...all from the balcony!! A very short drive to the beach, to Walmart for grocery runs and the state park, all within a mile! This is a great rental property! And I haven't even mentioned the many pools! We will be back!
