By far the best house and neighborhood yet for annual family vacation. Grandkids really enjoyed evenings doing puzzles on dining room table! So many games,pool/beach toys to enjoy!! Even boogie boards!! The second full size refrigerator in garage was awesome!! Looking forward to Destin 2026!!!

This home was well suited for a large group like ours. All 9 adults had comfortable beds and general amenities without feeling like we were stumbling over each other. The home layout was fantastic! The backyard was OK. It could use some seating though. The use of the garage was a fantastic perk that most other rental properties restrict. It makes loading and unloading of luggage and beach equipment so much easier. I give that amenity 5 stars alone! Security around the place was great and gave us a peace of mind during our stay. The location overall was pretty great as well. Parking is a challenge around the beach area located directly across the street but that is to be expected in that area. I will consider this location for future large group travels again for sure!!

The home itself is in a great location. I booked/purchased based on the number of beds to accommodate my family but the advertised beds is not included in the house.

The location was great and very close to the beach. We were at the pool area one evening, but many kids from the area who weren't supposed to be there jumped the gate to swim. This made us uncomfortable, and we left. They also had alcohol with them.
