This spacious 5 BR, 5BA air-conditioned home will accommodate up to 14 guests with garage/driveway parking for up to 4 cars. All bedrooms have tv’s, bathrooms with walk in showers and the main bedroom has a soaking tub in addition to the shower. The open living and dining areas; perfect for watching tv, playing board games or just unwinding, lead to a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals or snacks. The private heated pool is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach and a washer/dryer is available to clean suits, towels and more. (Access to a community pool is also available during your stay) Your days can be as busy or as laid-back as you choose. Spend every day relaxing at the beach or golf, shop, play putt-putt, take a helicopter ride; whatever you decide there’s no lack of things to do at your home away from home…Happy Hours! 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Pool heat is available from October through April.

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.
