Kitchen is stocked well with kitchenware. Clean. Fix screen doors that are in need of repair Blankets as no warm bedding Grab bars in the bath tub

My husband and I decided on a last minute getaway after Christmas. This place was perfect for us. It was a great location to food and shopping. And it was nice to be able to stay in and cook if we wanted. The weather was chilly but we were able to check out the private beach access a couple of times and it was very convenient! We would definitely return again! The only issue we had was the TV in the living wasn't working all the time.. seemed like a connection issue because the bedroom one worked just fine. Not a deal breaker except my husband wanted to watch football!

This was the perfect getaway for me & my husband and our dog! We will definitely stay here again! We loved all the amenities the resort has to offer. We fished, golfed several times, I went running, play shuffleboard. They even have Tennis and Pickleball, horseshoes! The on-site restaurant was amazing! Best food and seriously recommend going there! We literally didn’t have to leave the resort if we didn’t want to. I honestly didn’t want to leave! Best getaway for sure!!

Great property. Nice 9 hole golf course on the property. Very short holes, I played with PW and a putter. Dog friendly and plenty of room to walk them. Beach access is totally awesome. You are right on your own private beach. Access to Destin is very easy and close by. Sandpiper is a very cozy, quiet place to relax. I will be back!
