Enjoyed the room. It was more than I expected. My stay there was great but when I got home I received a call accusing me of having a pet in my room which was a lie!!!! Wanted to charge me a extra 63.00 for cleaning pet hair!!!!

There were elevators with carts that made bringing things up and down easier. Things were great. Jetty east guests do get beach service (chairs and umbrella set up), this property does not include that though. Only if you book on jetty east website. Everything was wonderful though.

We love everything about our stay. We had a couple of days without air it was the whole floor not just our room and Vacasa stepped in to help and let me know the situation. Got it going as fast as possible. We will use them again.
