Guests appreciated the spacious, comfortable layout with separate seating areas, large balconies, and a modern, accommodating design that helped everyone feel at ease. With a location less than one-half mile to the beach and the Shoppes at Paradise Isle - and just a bit further on to Destin Commons - guests at this spacious three-story home should pack an extra pair of flip-flops because everything is within walking distance. Henderson Beach State Park and Emerald Bay Golf Club are around two miles away if you feel like exploring a bit further afield, and if you don’t, the resort-style, zero-entry community pool is steps from your door. Spend mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the sea breeze on your patio or either comfortably furnished balcony. Inside, you’ll find a modern, updated space with chic furnishings and an open layout. The sleek, ground-floor kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime around the marble-topped dining table. Rent a golf cart or bicycle nearby or spend the day with your toes in the sand,  then bask in the cool of the central AC while the washer/dryer handles any laundry. Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park- 3.5 Miles Away Crab Island- 6 Miles Away ️ Destin Commons- 0.8 Miles Away ️ Henderson Beach State Park- 2.1 Miles Away Beach Shuttle: Available seasonally (March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Memorial Day- October). Pool Heat Schedule: March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

Everything was okay, just having trouble with the internet connection and some light blubs were already broken overall was okay

The house was very roomy and super clean. We had a group of 13 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The complex has a very nice pool area with plenty of room for everyone. The location is very convenient to restaurant, attractions, and the beach. Only issue was there are only 2 parking spots for the house.

Loved the entire home, very clean and accommodating except for the parking if you have more than 2-3 cars. The tow company will come and tow your vehicle if parked in the street and over the limit allowed per house. Home was near the beach within walking distance and also have shuttle bus to and from beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The size the temperature and the setup vibe was very nice. The home balconies were nice and big. Check in and out was very easy info via text/email. Will def book here again.

There was a lot of sand in the beds when we first got there which means the sheets were not washed. On the second floor balcony, the railing wasn’t attached all the way to the wall. Thankfully an adult seen this before any of the kids went in the balcony. This could have been a big problem. With this house having 14 guest, we had 3 vehicles and rarely had somewhere to park our other vehicle. This was hectic and confusing because you would need atleast 3 vehicles for 14 people to fit. There were other homes smaller than ours that had 3 parking spots. Other than this, the house was convient and great for our stay. We would love to come back and the overall stay was great.

Was very convenient to everything. Gorgeous pool right outside the front door. 1015 minute walk to Beach or a five minute drive. I loved the way they had a bus van so forth to take you to the beach if you’d like. Grounds were clean and well taken care of. Pet friendly for a small extra charge . Was well worth it.

I am very disappointed about this property especially considering the fee we paid. It was not worth the money. The cleaners need to pay attention to detail. I believe when you charge $$$$ things should be in order. The property has nice pool and located close to beach. The property provides a shuttle to beach and we really like the shuttle service.
