3rd-floor, Gulf-view condo at beachfront resort with pools, hot tub & two gyms

The room size was descent and the view was nice. There's alot that needs attention. I wish I could share all the pics I took. Here's some of the negatives- the lock on the front door was broken, we had to prop a chair under the door handle during the night, some of the blinds are broken, the towel holder in the small bathroom is broken, the rug and couch carry a smell and need cleaning, the decorative pillows on the couch are stained, we didn't have a remote to the TV in the main bedroom so we had to keep getting up to change the channel, the baseboards are either dirty, peeling, or just missing all together, the walls need to be scrubbed, the couch is extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The location of the property is nice but my family and I won't be staying on this property ever again.

Helpful things to know: The couch is very comfortable and plenty of room. There is plenty of towels and wash clothes. Bring your own beach towels though. Only 1 hand soap provided for 2 bathrooms, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and 1 paper towel roll. We had to buy hand soap for the other bathroom. There is a spare hair dryer under the sink in one of the bathrooms bc the wall unit in master doesn't work. The beach view from the balcony is great, But you can hear all the noise from the kids and adults in the pools below the balcony until really late at night (at least midnight). I guess there isn't a pool curfew at this resort. There isn't an icemaker so we had to buy a bag of ice. The broom is broken so we couldn't sweep up all the sand we tracked in on the floor everyday, which is annoying when you walk barefoot and feel sand under your feet. Plenty of coffee cups, glasses, plates, utensils, and all the things needed to cook with. Coffee pot is a regular pot so you need to bring or buy filters and coffee grounds. Resort is nice and clean, staff is friendly. You can't use any of your own beach chairs or towels near the water. You have to rent their chairs/umbrellas or sit on the sand behind all the rented chairs. Tiki bar is great. Has both alcohol and non alcohol options, including virgin daiquiris. The café inside has great tasting food options. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a nice view of both the pool and the ocean. Unfortunatly there were someone using something like a leafblower right outside the condo at around 6:30 am on more than one occasion. Didn’t really appreciate that. Also the poolgates were really loud when people were using them so we had to listen to them crash several times an hour. The cleaning could be a little bit better but it was alright. Really enjoyed the layout of the apartment and the furniture felt modern and comfortable. Loads of towels in different sizes wich was very appreciated.

this place is perfect for a family vacation with children.. right on the beach, two pools, and not super fancy but still nice. we come every year!
