The open layout is perfect for entertaining and relaxing together, and you can grab a bite at the breakfast bar before heading out. With more modern essentials like a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, cable, and central AC, the only question left is how many extra days to book. THINGS TO KNOW
Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

While there is plenty of seating in the condo, there are a few things missing/needing changed. The bar stools they have are awful. They have a curly q at the end of the leg on all four legs of all four bar stools. My family constantly tripped over and stubbed our toes on these throughout the week, as they stuck out from the actual bar stool. New bar stools with straight legs/feet would be a plus! Also, there is absolutely nowhere to lay your luggage other than on the floor. A foldable luggage rack would be a great addition to the home. Lastly, black out curtains in the bedroom is a must. There are blinds and a sheer curtain but they do not block out near enough light that shines in from the hallway lights outside. The condo was pretty clean, including baseboards which housekeeping in hotels/condos do not typically focus on. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Still, the condo was overpriced in my opinion when considering the actual condo and the property.

The amount of construction going on is not what was not communicated to us. Plus because safety proceedires are being overlooked. The amount of dust coming from the wallsp flowing setting and that’s not a good feeling to get.
