Stylish waterfront condo with pools, hot tubs, private beach, & sports courts

On the beach which can’t be beat. Beds were comfy and spacious bedrooms. Nice decor. Back deck furniture needs updating as broken. Nice view of the ocean over the sand dunes. Construction going on all day of various condos but we weren’t home most of the time.

I booked this condo for a two-night stay with my 8-year-old daughter, expecting a relaxing vacation. Instead, it was a huge disappointment. The master bedroom was completely unusable. The AC barely worked the entire stay, making it unbearably hot. I reported it right away, but nothing was done, so I was forced to sleep on the couch. For a beach rental, functioning AC in the master bedroom should be a basic requirement. Other issues included a back door that only locks if slammed and broken patio chairs that can’t be used. Most concerning was the private beach across the street. On the first day it was completely covered in seaweed and jellyfish. My daughter was stung multiple times and injured. We went to other public and private beaches nearby the same day, and none of them were in those conditions. The property should have closed off access to the beach until it was safe, instead of advertising it as an amenity. The next day the beach was better, but the damage to our trip had already been done. Overall, this stay was unsafe, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. As a single parent traveling with a young child, safety and comfort should have been guaranteed.

The location was great, but the unit needs a lot of work. The front door & screen door wouldn’t stay closed unless locked, the patios doors are all so warped they barely open or close. The master bedroom patio doors will not open. The kitchen appliances are in need of replacement. The stove burners are unbalanced and there were mouse droppings in cabinets. The master bathroom body wash dispenser fell off the wall and products were empty. The washer smells moldy and there were cigarette butts on the porch and trash under. The unit could use a refresh of closet/dresser space, especially in the spare bedroom.

Even with the few problems we had, I thought the place was lovely and had a great time. Very nice furniture and I loved the privacy, beach access and other amenities.

i loved the location close to the water, but did not like the late check in time and the early check out time.
