When you’re ready for a break from the sand, come home to relax in the central air-conditioning. The open-plan living space includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a dining area & a living room with comfy couches, perfect for an evening at home. Modern conveniences include a washer/dryer, free WiFi, cable & three TVs, so no problem if you can’t agree on what to watch. 3rd floor is great location, beach view was lovely, convenient to pools, hot tubs and more, fun artistic touches, nice kitchen size and love having washer dryer in unit!

I booked this condo for our family of 6. The open concept helps the size of the condo. I read reviews and they are pretty accurate: fantastic beach and pool view. This room is on the 3rd floor so it’s much easier access. Right on the beach, but the beach access is limited if you don’t rent the facility chairs/umbrella. The tiki bar is great and has a small smoking section. The only comment I can make it there was no salt & pepper, but kitchen is equipped with everything else (sponge, soap, paper towels.) The other reviews are also correct when stated the bed are not the comfiest but they’re not terrible either. We’ve stayed in Destin condos before and most have beach toys for kids and accessories, this one did not, it did have 2 body floaties. Overall we had a great experience, it was very clean and the balcony is great size! Will definitely keep this place in mind when booking next year.

The condo was clean and the location was perfect for getting to the beach, pool, or parking lot. Being on the 3rd floor allows you easily use the stairs if the elevators are busy.

The room was very nice and clean. If you do choose to stay in this room bring your own blankets, as the ones on the bed are thin. The bedroom with twin beds stays very warm so if you have fans you can bring, bring them. Also the twin beds are very hard to sleep on. If you’re using the pullout couch, it is basically springs. We did buy a mattress topper and put on which didn’t help much but was a tad better. We left it there so hopefully someone can use it. The sliding glass door to balcony sticks a lot and was hard to open. But the balcony furniture was amazing!!
