This wonderful stay features views resort grounds from the furnished balcony, amazing on-site amenities, including Destin’s largest lagoon pool, heated pool, hot tub, gym, bar, restaurants, coffee shop, basketball, playground, tennis, conference centers, and shuttle buses to the nearest beach (only a quarter-mile away). This polished haven offers an open layout with floor-to-ceiling windows, a full kitchen, and a sunlit living area with a smart TV. Each bedroom is appointed flatscreen TVs and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite offers balcony access, while the guest room has a bunk bed with a TV in each bed. My issue is with the unchangeable check-in time. The unit was available earlier but I was not offered an opportunity to check in early. We had children and one special needs children with us it would have been beneficial to check in early. We had the light in the kids room go out an no one ever came to fix it. Also the sliding door in the livingroom did not work. Other then those issues our stay was amazing the apartment was clean and came with all the essentials. The view was nice and the location was perfect. If they fix those small issues mentioned this would a A+ unit.

Older but nice resort, it took a few days to find our way around. The condo met our needs for the short time we were there. But if we had to stay longer I would have preferred some where else with more comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed the pool, we came for the splash pad for my granddaughter but it wasn't working the first day. Overall, it was fine for a short stay.

We had a great stay! The security team provided world-class customer service and gave us a thorough, detailed introduction upon arrival, which set the tone for our visit. The apartment itself was nice and clean overall—our only concern was the stained shower liner in the main bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, though we didn’t have a need to use them this time. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. As for dining, we weren’t impressed with the food at The Palms restaurant, but the coffee was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
