Water-View Condo at Sterling Shores - Central AC, Washer&Dryer & Shared Pools

Horrible trip. Concrete grinding was done directly in front of our condo the entire week. We have young kids that couldn't nap which made the trip horrible for everyone. Can't even explain how loud the noise was. Sounded like they were drilling through our walls. We should have been told that this was going to be done directly outside of our door. We could have picked a condo away from where the work was being done. There was concrete dust in the air, we were breathing it every time we left the condo. Hazardous. Dust was everywhere, our door mat was full of concrete dust. Concrete dust was coming into our condo every time we walked in.

Everything was great. Some construction noise but besides that all good.

The view of the gulf was wonderful, and there was plenty of comfortable patio furniture for relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for our family of five for the week. Would absolutely stay here again.

808 was beautiful. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. This is my second time staying at Sterling Shores and although I love the place, I will not return until something is done about the chair service company that the HOA has hired. My family was harassed on four different days about our beach chairs or where we standing. Each time we were in the wet sand. The first day, the man told me he didn't appreciate my attitude when I stated that I was in the wet sand and that I was allowed to sit there. The following day my adult daughter was walking along the beach and my grandson was playing in the sand and again we were told we couldn't be there. We went to Security at this point. We were approached two more times about not being allowed to sit in our chairs in the wet sand. There were many people with chairs in the sand. We saw one man give the chair guy money while using his own chair and told him to leave him alone. He did indeed take the money. We ended up leaving a day early because I was done being harassed.

There was not enough toilet paper rolls (only 2 per bathroom). Master bed - light bulb not working on the right side table lamp. Lantetn in the living room - No battery Living room tv - low battery Living room tv - TV is not smart, its old type with only cable, there was no netflix or amazon prime. Living room - no rug under the sofa, table and chairs, looks like unfinished
