Great view. Walking distance to restaurants. Pool and hot tub are vary spacious Room just needs basic maintenance.

Good area to be in the middle of things. Our host left us a lovely welcome gift. So very thoughtful at Christmas time. We loved our stay. We had this condo and one more since we travelled with our whole family. This unit was definitely the favorite one.

This condo is perfect. Out 16yo had her own room and it it has been a had their house en room with bunk beds as well. We had a perfect view for fireworks and the harbor. As close as you are to the harbor and activities when the doors are closed it’s still pretty quiet. Only heard sporadic boat horns and the pirate cannon but it was very quiet at night!!

I appreciated the room's view and its proximity to the boardwalk and dining establishments. The room was spacious enough to accommodate my family. However, certain aspects required updating, such as the beds. All the mattresses were old and sagging on the right sides. The living room's pullout bed was inoperable, and a two-inch thick sponge was placed on top for support, which was ineffective. The night lamp was not functioning, and it was in need of cleaning due to an accumulation of dust. Both sofa chairs were stained and outdated. I hope that addressing these issues will enhance the experience of future guests, as the room's outdated condition detracted from its otherwise beautiful location. Thank you.
