You may notice some minor construction during your stay; however, it should not interfere with your experience Enjoy the sunshine both indoors and out! Natural light is a regular visitor to this lovely condo by the sea, where guests can also enjoy a view of the ocean and one of the complex's shared pools. The private balcony provides plenty of space to kick back with a refreshing beverage or munchies from the seasonal snack shack. If you'd rather cool off, the richly decorated interior is cooled by central air conditioning. The spacious interior features a stop to set your flip-flops as you come through the door and a private washer/dryer for setting beach towels. Come together for fun meals in the full kitchen, set up with the tools and appliances you need to make delicious meals as well as a breakfast bar that seats three guests. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, and guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub. Beach fans will love the themed decor throughout the entire space, and might be inspired to stick their toes in the sand every day of their stay.

This condo is in a very good spot with a very good view and beach access , call them to confirm any construction work is going on which will block your view as it’s hard to figure out with description. Furniture is old. The condo was kept clean and the issues reported with condo were resolved immediately.

This unit in general was nice and clean, but some of the amenities need some attention. The porch furniture looked like it was straight from a garage sale. It was an old table with just two chairs and two chaise lounges. The dinnerware was totally incomplete and made up of random pieces. We just sort of felt like we were back in our college apartment. 30 bucks at Walmart can get you there pretty easy. I just don’t understand why so many of these condo owners are so unwilling to spend just a few bucks on basic amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! There was a list of items we think the owners could improve upon for an even better experience (couch/sofa bed update at the top of the list, bathroom cleanliness, fine detail cleaning), but overall a nice spot for a family vacation. We loved the close proximity to tons of restaurants, stores and shopping. The pool and beach access is a quick walk and well kept. The pool is great for kids and bigger than any others we saw at other condos. We visited during busy season and never felt crowded. There is a small snack shack for lunch and drinks which was a nice surprise upon arrival. Overall, we would definitely visit the area again and would be interested in this condo with the necessary updates.
