Casa Blanca is described as a beautiful, fabulous home that offers exceptional space and comfort for large groups and families. Guests appreciated the open, welcoming layout, big rooms, comfortable beds, tasteful beachy decor, and lovely balconies. The home was also praised as clean and well stocked, with a well appointed kitchen and thoughtful touches that made stays easy and enjoyable. Its location stood out repeatedly, with guests loving that Casa Blanca is just a very short walk from the beach and close to the pool. Guests also enjoyed the recently renovated bathrooms, including a jacuzzi tub, along with extras such as beach gear, bikes, and beach chairs. Overall, Casa Blanca left guests eager to return and highly recommend the stay.

Overview

This fantastic, multi-level home features a location just up from the beach, with two complete living spaces on two separate levels, perfect for large family gatherings. The main-level living area is open and spacious, with lots of comfortable furniture, beautiful floors, and bright, beachy décor. Kick your feet up in the living room to watch a lazy ballgame on the large flatscreen TV with a cold drink and some good friends. The living room also includes a gas fireplace and a ceiling fan, so you can relax in comfort no matter what time of year. The full kitchen has a wine cooler, a center prep island with four bar stools, ample counter space, and stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table has seating for up to eight guests. Off the dining room, you'll find access to the home's expansive, furnished deck. The main level also features two of the home's five bedrooms and two shared baths. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with private balcony access and en-suite baths, plus the home's private washer/dryer. The downstairs level includes a full kitchen boasting attractive countertops, a french-door refrigerator, and breakfast bar seating for six. There is also a trundle sofa, and down the hall, you'll find a bedroom with a flatscreen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Have some work to do while you're here? Loved this house and how close it was to the beach and the other awesome places to visit. My family of 12 had plenty of room to stay and be comfortable and not feel crowded. The extra beach chairs in the garage were an added bonus.

The home is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10. It was also well equipped with towels and dishes. The walk to the beach was short and we especially loved the private beach access because the beach was not crowded. There were a few things that were issues our group experienced that were addressed with Vacasa, but they are not deal breakers. It's a nice house and we had a great time.

Housekeeping crew notified management that the AC wasn’t working properly before we checked in because there was an AC maintenance crew at the rental on our arrival. They was they ones to inform us that the AC isn’t working and that Vacasa would follow up with us. This didn’t happen at all. We made several reports or tickets about the house being above 78 degrees and not cooling but nothing was done to help or to compensate us for this inconvenience. The main floor and up stairs bedrooms were above 78 degrees the entirety of our stay. Absolutely nothing was done to help us or told to us what was going on from management. We asked for compensation several times and was replied to with “this is a high priority a team member will reach out to you soon” This never happened. The listing was also updated after our book which removed 5-7 photos of the garage and mother in law suite so that we could no longer view the rental and within the pictures removed were ones of the garage that had bicycles and wagons and other such amenities for our stay that was included anymore apparently but again nothing was informed to us staying there. Very very disappointing because the property itself and the location are beautiful but you are just all on your own with any kind of issue.
