WHAT’S NEARBY Sitting in the heart of Destin, you won't have any trouble soaking up the year-round sun and experiencing the best of this coastal city. Beach days will be the main attraction here, yet making your way to some of the local restaurants and shops in town will be a great use of your time away. If you brought the kiddos along, they will be dying to see The Track - Destin, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, and Destin Harbor Boardwalk, all located less than four miles from home base. Not to mention, golfing, cruising on bikes along the sand, and various water sports are all great options.

Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
