The private balcony is the perfect way to wake up to a new day, and you'll even have a coffee maker for that first cup of joe! The suite's bathroom features a large tub for that late-evening soak, and you'll have access to a shared pool, seasonal snack shack, shared grill, and lots of other terrific amenities! WHAT’S NEARBY With the white-sand beaches just a short walk away, you'll have all the sun and sand you can stand during your vacation. Be sure to check out all the fantastic nearby restaurants like Jasmine Thai (curbside pickup, no-contact delivery), The Back Porch (dine-in, takeout), and Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano (dine-in, takeout). Take a short walk to Henderson Beach State Park, one mile east, to enjoy the grill areas and public beaches. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
