I rented the Compound so that I would have enough space for my 5 children, 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grands to get together and have some quality time together. Most all of them were able to make it down for at least a few days, but some even came and went and came back. I will always have the fondest of memories about our time spent on these wonderful 16 days. And I will definitely be back. We love Dauphin Island as it’s easy living. And everyone loved both of the houses. A few updates are needed, but I know that those will be attended to immediately. I know that, because you can see the pride of the owner in every detail. The pool was a big added bonus for everyone, but the 6 youngest found a use for it every day. The elevator was a plus for us old folks and dogs, but was also used to bring up those heavy items. Thanks again for helping us make some wonderful memories that we will cherish forever. We will be back soon….

Loved the views, baby gates helped so much with keeping the littles safe! We stayed a full 7 days and the washer and dryer in house was so helpful! We came with 6 adults and 10 kids and we all fit very comfortably! Vacasa also provided great customer care and got right back with any questions I had! The only tip I’d leave is bring some throw blankets, there’s no vacuum accessible so it was ALOT of sweeping but that’s expected! Overall 9/10
