Newly -renovated waterfront condo w/two full kitchens, deck, WiFi, & shared pool

We stayed in both sides of this condo. It was a great stay! It's next door to the Holiday Isle. There was more than enough room for the 7 adults with an extra empty bed. There were 2 pools. The beach was nice and not crowded. We had a wonderful view of the 4th of July fireworks that were set off at the middle beach. We did have 2 beach chairs stolen from the back of the pickup truck while on the island, but we are not sure where the truck was parked when that occurred.

It was a great set up for our group of two adults and four recent graduates. Everyone had their own private space.

We were with our children, children in-law, and grandchildren. We rented both condos and it was perfect. You have an outside locked door. You step into an entryway with one condo and locked door on the right and the other one on the left. We left the outside door locked and the inside doors open. The condos were nice and bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. We all had our private rooms and ate in the bigger condo with the balcony on the ocean side. We saw four little pools on the other side so they were never too crowded. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far but it you have little ones and lots of stuff to take to beach, remember your wagon! I totally recommend either condo or both.

We stayed in 210 for a week over spring break. The room layout was PERFECT for our group of 8 - my husband and I, our four kids, and my parents. Upon booking, I was concerned with how the two separate units would be laid out, and I didn't want my parents to be stuck alone in a unit with two of my kids. But the way it is set up was perfect. There’s one exterior door, and the two units are behind it - the bigger unit on the south (beach) side and the smaller unit on the north (road) side. Each unit has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and laundry, with a long straight hallway connecting everything together. Each individual unit has its own door with a lock, but we just kept the doors open the whole time. Furniture and amenities are good quality. My kids are kind of rowdy, and I didn’t feel like we were going to break or damage something. The main laundry has Speed Queen appliances, which were super quick and wonderful (and now I might have to go buy my own lol). The master bathroom is large, and my two younger kids enjoyed taking baths in the big tub. Location-wise, you can’t really beat this place. This unit is on the second floor, which offers great ocean views. The heated pool can be seen from the balcony, but it’s not directly below, which offers relief from the pool crowds. There is a lot of seating by the pool, all sunny with no shade until late in the afternoon. There is also a small charcoal grill out back for use on a first come first serve basis. The unit is best accessed via stairs, but there is an elevator if needed. Beach access is all by ramps with no stairs, which is handy for pulling wagons, etc. Right across the street, there is a strip of restaurants - two pizza places and two ice cream places. Most everything else on the island is within 5-8 minutes driving distance. We prefer to stay in houses instead of condos because we don’t like the crowds. There are condo buildings on each side of this condo, but there weren’t any crowds in March, so it wasn’t an issue. The only thing we found frustrating was that there was no good storage for sandy beach toys, shoes, chairs, etc. We let everything pile up in the little atrium/hallway between the two units. There’s no alcove or anything for them, so they’re in the way and make for a sandy walk to the back unit.

We loved the quietness of the area.
