This stunning waterfront condo is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast. Conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access, it is beautifully decorated throughout with weathered-look flooring, wicker furniture, and a gourmet kitchen. Guests can enjoy the beach boardwalk and pools (heated and non-heated). This great condo enjoys all the amenities of the beach boardwalk and pools but does not face the beach and does not have a balcony. You're only a short drive from all the history at Fort Gaines, and an easy boat ride from Fort Morgan. Enjoy one of the two shared pools (one of which is heated), work on your tan, or grab a surfboard and head to the beach to catch some waves! After a long day, you'll have everything you need to relax and recoup for the next day's adventure. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This was a very nice place and well maintained property. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the way you can’t see the ocean or the pool from the room. I booked the room because of it being beachfront property and first floor but when I got there it was on the front of the building so it was just like you’re not really on a beach vacation since you don’t see any of the beach out the doors or windows. There was no balcony to sit on. Other than that, it’s a beautiful place to stay.
