Located on the first floor, this family-friendly getaway has been beautifully updated with a tiled walk-in shower, granite countertops, and tasteful beach decor throughout. Enjoy cooking a fresh meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze! You will also have access to the shared amenities at Sugar Beach Condominiums such as the three outdoor pools, kiddie pool, Snack Shack, tennis court, and beach access! What's nearby: This complex is located on the gulf side of the highway with a boardwalk for easy beach access. When you aren't cooling off in the outdoor pool, take a day to explore the Alabama Gulf State Park, only half of a mile away, with various trails, fishing, kayak rentals, and bicycle paths! You are also just a short drive to many delicious dining options, local shopping, and fun activities! Downtown Gulf Shores is located only four miles away for endless dining options! This condo desperately needs a new mattress and box springs, and a new sleeper sofa. The sofa is stained and the refrigerator needs painting its rusted. But other than that its just a really old condo. Built in 1985 I believe. Orange beach's oldest condo. People were friendly and everything was okay except for the comfort of the beds.

The place was nice and looked just liked the pictures. It was close to everything. Really liked the beach access and all the pools. Very friendly and family oriented. We will be returning

Price point was fair for the area a good for the room size looked at others that were a bit more pricey for what they offered.

It was just as the pictures. Great for two who spent most of the time on the beach or out on the town. Clean, had amenities, and was very quiet.
