Beachfront corner condo with stunning Gulf views, pools, hot tub & fitness center offers great value with a spacious layout, plenty of seating, and a large kitchen that guests found ideal for family stays. Guests described the condo as comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well kept, with a peaceful atmosphere and a secure-feeling building. The property was repeatedly praised for being very clean, spotless, and ready on arrival. Guests appreciated the beachfront location and easy beach access, making it a convenient choice for memorable beach trips. Walk to the beach, or take in stunning Gulf views from the wraparound balcony. LIVING AREA Settle into the sunlit living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, two recliners, and two armchairs. Sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. In the evening, watch a movie on the 55” cable TV. KITCHEN & DINING Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the spacious kitchen, equipped with a full suite of modern appliances. Keep the chef company at the kitchen counter, outfitted with seating for two. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table for six. Or gather at the table for four on your Gulf-front balcony. BED & BATH This single-story condo offers a sofa bed in the living area. All three bedrooms feature a cable TV and private access to the wraparound balcony. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on your expansive, Gulf-front wraparound balcony. Shared on-site amenities are highlighted by a heated indoor pool (open year-round) and an unheated outdoor pool (open from March to October). Additional amenities include a wading pool, hot tub, shared grilling area, and a fitness center, as well as tennis and basketball courts. RESORT AMENITIES - Indoor heated pool - Seasonal unheated outdoor pool (March through October) - Kiddie pool - Fitness center - Hot tub THINGS TO KNOW Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. When we arrived, the floors were very dirty and the kitchen was completely unorganized and dirty dishes had been put away in the cabinets. We immediately reached out and the next day they had the cleaning company come and clean the floors, although we had already cleaned all the dishes and organized the kitchen at that point, since we needed to make dinner when we arrived. They did refund the cleaning fee, but this was a far from ideal way to start our vacation. Also with a <1 y/o crawling around on the floors, I was less than pleased with the cleanliness. The beds weren't comfortable and there were only 2 spoons in the unit (well 4 - we found 2 more in the back of a lower cabinet right before we left). The balcony was very nice and it was nice that they had a closet on the balcony with chairs and some beach toys for the kids as well as some puzzles and games inside.
