Gulf-front condo with pool, tennis, lazy river & private hot tub

Overall great stay!

Great place to stay! Nice and spacious rooms! Nicely decorated and gorgeous view! We truly loved our stay and plan to book again in the future.

The condo is a large spacious area. The grill and hot tub were great. The kitchen needed more utensils and other kitchen items if you are planning on cooking or grilling. I do understand that is sometimes hard with rentals but I’m assuming the owners are trusting Vacasa to keep that monitored

We booked this place because it had a really good price. I saw the reviews and figured it'd at least be "ok", considering the price, and that's pretty much what it was. OK. There's nothing about this place that will ruin your vacation, but there are a lot of little annoyances. The fridge sticks shut constantly. I think it has something to do with the seal, because sometimes it'll open just fine, and other times you can literally pull the fridge over (if you're not careful) just trying to open the door, but the door won't budge at all. The handle in the second bathroom shower constantly falls off when you go to adjust it. The TV in the third bedroom doesn't work. I think it used to use Dish's network and they switched to using internet, but it doesn't really work most of the time. The Internet was spotty at times everywhere in the condo, but it almost never worked on this TV. The end tables in the master bedroom are messed up, with bubbled and flaking paint everywhere. There are no baking pans at all. They have a pizza cutter, but nothing you can actually use to make a pizza. Nothing for frozen food. No 9x13. Nothin. They do, for some reason, have a cupcake pan, in the event that you want bake muffins while at a beach resort. The dishwasher isn't mounted to the counter, so it falls out of you pull it too hard. The dishwasher pod door doesn't stay closed, so the pod just falls in when you close the door. And last but certainly not least, there is almost nowhere to HANG A TOWEL, despite this being a BEACH resort. There are a grand total of TWO hooks in this entire three bedroom/four bathroom condo. Two. They're both on the shower in the master bathroom. Aside from that, you have nowhere at all to hang beach towels or swimsuits or all of the many, many wet things you generally accumulate during a beach resort stay, not to mention nowhere to hang regular old hand towels at the sinks. In short, I've stayed at three condos at Turquoise Place, and this one has the most issues by far.

We had lots of ups and downs in this condo. Turquoise palace, the actual location is amazing. This condo had a pre-set thermostat to 75 degrees however we were unable to get the temp below 76. On average it was 79 degrees in the condo… way too hot. Cooler outside with a breeze. The fridge leaked a puddle of water, you had to climb under the sink and plug in the garbage disposal for it to work and the dishwasher was not secured to the cabinets. Great location, beautiful balcony but the inside needs a lot of improvement. We have stayed in other Turquoise Place condos and they were very nice. The beds were comfortable and it was overall clean.
