Lakeview Condo with Shared Pool - Just Steps from the Beach!

We stayed for 3 days and it was mostly fine. The shower is pretty small, can't shave your legs in it (the master bath is bigger). Basic supplies were provided (no coffee or salt, but they had plates, bowls, serving and eating utensils, towels and sheets). Kitchen is fairly well equipped, not a lot of any one item (including cutlery) but a larger variety of options than expected. No frills but generally adequate. The mattresses didn't suit us so I wouldn't do an extended stay here but tolerable for a weekend. The unit is not particularly insulated or air tight, we frequently heard people talking in the courtyard, street noise, etc. Not specific to the unit, but when we arrived, they were doing maintenance on one of the pools and the pump or whatever was obnoxiously loud with all doors and windows closed. It ran continuously overnight and I didn't get much sleep so if it had continued our entire stay, it would have ruined the trip but luckily it stopped the second evening. A bit of weatherstripping might help though as it was hardly the only audible noise that we encountered. Overall, we had a pleasant vacation and I'd stay here again, briefly, but not for extended trips because it's adequate but not quite comfortable enough for longer use.

Super close to the beach, we walked to avoid parking fees. Great water pressure, plenty of cooking/serving dishes! We will definitely stay here again in the future

First, the condo was on the 3rd floor. No elevator. 28 steps to the condo. We had a handicap senior with us that could not go up and down the stairs as much as we needed. It was decorated cute inside and it slept the 5 of us. It could have slept 7. When we walked in and we looked around we seen the counters and tables covered in sticky sugary red mess. The floors were not clean either. The couch smelt like cigarette smoke. The alarm for the oven kept going off when we were using the oven. NOT even having the oven open. The oven was filthy. There was limited towels and no blankets. We were freezing the entire time! They mislead us in the vrbo post saying they had a washer and dryer unit and there’s no washer nor dryer in the condo. There is laundry on sight you pay for that was Inconveniently from where our condo was. The blankets were sheet like. SAFETY ALERT- The worst part of all of this.. My teens were home alone for an hour and half. There was a lady that was watching us throughout our stay. Not thinking, we had our blinds open in the kids bedroom and the blinds open in kitchen. The woman ended up trying to break into our condo. The kids seen & heard the door knob shaking a lot and my daughter rushed to the door and asked who it was. The lady responded, “Oh, I didn’t know anyone was in there.” My daughter said, yes I am. The lady said, “Are YOU GUYS okay?” My daughter said, “Yes I’m fine.” How in the world did she know I had other children in the condo? The lady repeatedly for 10 minutes asked if my daughter needed anything and my daughter kept saying no and to leave. When I found out- I immediately contacted Vacasa for help and told them we did not feel safe. They did absolutely nothing! They only said, “It was someone that thought it was their room.” I kept telling them that’s not the case. I asked them to refund our money for our safety to be able to stay somewhere safe for the night and they refused. They completely blew our safety off. I would NEVER recommend this condo to anyone! I truly believe my daughter and sons were going to be taken and we were going to be robbed. They handled the entire situation poorly. My main concern was the safety..but I did also bring up the cleaning and other issues. The only resolution they gave us for the cleaning portion was.. “We can have someone come clean the day you leave.” How does that even help us? Anyways, I absolutely never complain. I own my own business and hate when I’ve had complaints but the truth of it is.. this is not a safe environment. Please BEWARE!

The home was clean and tidy, near from beach and perfectly equiped.

The condo was very nice and clean everything was perfect.The only thing that we didn't like was the mix up with the security number but in the end we had a good time Thank you

Condo was clean which is the highest priority. Could have used more bath towels.
