The view is great. The unit is well used and needs a redo. Even the small thing like shower curtains would help since the ones that are in look looked 10 years old. Definitely only used as a rental. Was not cleaned very well upon arrival.

This is our 3rd time staying at Grand Pointe, but I first time in 408. The condo is spacious and the view is AMAZING! The sunrises every morning were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen! The unit could use a little TLC (new bedding and pillows, a new paint job) but it was perfect for our family with young kids. We didn't feel like we were messing anything up when our kids were running wild throughout. Would stay again!

This is our second time to stay in 408.. We love the spaciousness of this condo. The View is unbelievable. There is direct site of the beach while also enjoying the boats leaving the bay, all while enjoying the privacy of the balcony.. The smaller complex in general makes it really easy to get to and from your unit via elevators.. We’re bringing a bigger crowd in May and have already booked a bigger unit at this complex..
