Waterfront corner condo with shared pools, wrap-around balcony, & tennis courts

We loved the location and the amenities. It was the perfect way to spend time together with our family!

Room was perfect, location-amazing, beach access couldn’t be easier,

We stayed in 601 and loved everything about it! The view alone would be enough, but the condo itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Aside from not having a keurig/pods, there were no surprises. A little tricky to figure out how to access the beach and pool so maybe a map of the complex would be nice? Speaking of the complex, it could use a few updates but love the size!! Convenient parking, quick elevator, no crowds at the pool (could be because school had already started?)…we stared up at the massive buildings on either side and were so thankful we didn’t have to navigate through them! The balcony had great furnishings too and we spent most of our time there. It was so peaceful! I would stay in 601 again 100%.

The view from this unit is AMAZING! The unit itself was much larger than expected, inside and out! Inside the unit was exactly as pictured! The building was quiet for the most part and close to amenities. There are some mixed reviews for this unit, but we never had any issues that would have us leave anything less than a 5-star review.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo for our summer vacation, and it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the entire place was. It felt so welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to settle in right away. The layout was absolutely perfect for our family, with three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. This meant everyone had their own private space, which was a huge plus for a relaxing vacation. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful balcony. It quickly became our favorite spot, offering the perfect setting to enjoy our coffee every morning and unwind in the evenings. The views were lovely, and it truly enhanced our vacation experience. We would, without a doubt, stay at this place again! We have only a couple of minor suggestions, which are hardly negatives, but perhaps just ways to make an already fantastic stay even better. A few more throw rugs, especially near the entryways, would have been helpful. With daily trips to the beach, it was a bit challenging to keep the sand from spreading, even with regular sweeping. Additionally, a few extra towels would have been a nice touch. However, we managed perfectly fine by washing the towels provided, and it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the week. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It was truly perfect for my family, and we made some wonderful memories.

I loved the convenience to the beach and restaurants
