During daytime hours, noise will be audible, construction workers and their equipment will be present, and parking may be impacted. Additionally, views may be obstructed. The location is great. Pools were clean

Loved staying here. Nice condo, reasonable price, wonderful experience. Heads up there’s no lobby, just get the code and go to your door lol. We were confused. But upon learning that, it was a great stay! Pool is perfect for the kids, very laid back, quiet and relaxing place.

Will not book this home again. There were multiple issues with the home. The microwave door is broken, the toaster is broken, there is no shower pressure in the guest bathroom, the ceiling is peeling above the bed in the master and there are poorly patched holes under the windows in the master as well. The biggest issue I had was I am disabled and my sister in law is disabled as well, we are both oxygen dependent and she has a scooter she has to ride. When we arrived on Sunday only one elevator was working and come Thursday the only working elevator broke too. I called the management company on the wall beside the elevator at 5:30 and they assured me they would have someone there asap. We managed to get down 5 flights of steps and went to dinner hoping the elevator would be fixed when we got back, it wasn’t and we were gone for 2 1/2 hours so I put in another call to the management company where I was yet again assured that the elevator technician was on his was and would be there any moment…an hour later he still wasn’t there so we had to call Orange Fire department who had to come out and get the elevator going for us and the other handicap people who were also stranded in the parking lot because there was no way to get to our rooms. What a nightmare!!

If you're looking for a beach trip without going broke, this particular condo is a good choice. It's not as fancy as some, but anything you may need is in the condo. You have a decent view from the side. And the fact that it's directly on the beach side is a nice plus for the price you're paying compared to others.
