Loved this condo and the unit was great for my family. Loved that it was on the 2nd floor and parking was easy. The unit was clean and spacious with comfy beds loved the view and the condo is really nice!! Great location.

This unit was so nice!! It was so roomy and had everything we needed. Loved that it was on the second floor which made easy access to the pools/beach. I will rent this exact unit again. The beds were so nice and comfortable and the bedding was beautiful. Check-in and checkout was such simple and easy process and we were 4 females and felt so safe on the property.

The condo itself is fantastic! Lots of space. 2 master suites, large kitchen/living room and easy access to pools, beach and parking. But...we found black hair (likely from a pet) on one bed's pillows and sheets. Notified Vacasa. They acted like someone would come address the problem.The owner called me on an unrelated matter and said he would contact them too. It didn't matter. By 10pm, no one had shown up to change the bedding. I messaged Vacasa that we were buying our own to replace the dirty sheets and that I expected reimbursement. The rest of our trip was amazing! Vacasa has issued reimbursement and a partial refund on our stay.

Mold on shower heads so bad we couldn't use it, and staff was "unable to provide a time to correct the issue." Coffee machine wouldn't flow, furniture worn, and AWFUL thick dust /mold on the air vent and ceiling in one bathroom. We also found trash under one of the beds from another guest. No mattress protector on one of the beds (yuck.) On a good note.... nice location and facilities. Awesome that parking garage was so close to the door to the condo. Made packing and unpacking car easy. Will definitely return to Orange Beach, but will stay somewhere else.
