Gulf-front condo w/ beach access, indoor/outdoor pool, & tennis courts

We had a large group and everything was ready on time. A great time was had by all. I highly recommend this unit and will stay again. We have used vacasa for 9 years and all there locations are above average.

Location and beach view very nice.

Loved the balcony that jutted out, a wonderful breeze was enjoyed every evening!

Pros: - Location, location, location. The condo building is right at the beach, walking distance to Walmart, Publix, good restaurants, ice cream shop. Once we parked, we did not need to go anywhere. - The house was as described - Decent sized bedrooms and large bathrooms. - Bedrooms were well furnished and every bedroom had TV. - Kitchen had enough utensils, dinnerware and pots and pans. It had basic appliances. - The Vacasa staff was very responsive. Cons: - Even though they give you two parking permits per condo, there is very limited parking space available and if you do not find space, you have to pay for off-site parking. - The house was not well cleaned. We found food crumbs on nightstand, cereal crumbs on the kitchen floor. The broom in the kitchen closet was really dirty and had hair stuck to it. - Living room furniture is old and dirty looking. Nice to have for future: - This is a beach property. Have some beach towels available for guests. - Almost all rental properties provide at least travel size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. These things do not cost much but add to the appeal of the house.

Access to the beach, very clean

4 Bed - 3 Bath size was great for 8 guests but would not be for 10 as sleeper couch needs replaced as well as a few dated and worn chairs. Rest of furnishings were more up to date and nice. Beds were comfy and showers pressure is the best. Place needs a refresh of paint and a deep cleaning top to bottom . We made the best of it and everyone enjoyed their the stay. Views of beach and ocean made it all worthwhile. Location was ideal for shopping. Might not stay again unless refresh occurs for cost of stay had higher expectations. Get these places get rented back to back but take the time to do the maintenance and refreshes. Broken chair on patio and screen for patio door still there and not addressed yet. Just an observation from previous reviews!
