Took 2 hours to figure out the code and know to turn to get door opened. Arrived 4:30. The room was not clean. Trash in garbage cans. Bed was not made. Dirty wraps laying around. Furniture smelled like thrift store. Room was out of date and dirty looking everywhere

The air filter was molded, the ceiling in the showers was flaking off on us when using. The appliances was rusted and under the sinks was rotted out. The inside was outdated and needs major work.

Loved the beach, but the accommodations were below substandard. It is dirty, rundown, moldy air filter, rooms smell of mold and mildew, and the ceiling in the bathroom is falling down. What more can be said other than rating it a 1?

It is obvious from photos that it was out of date, but we were going for the beach not the decor. It was apparent the owners know that and don't bother with basic maintenance. It wasn't a bad stay- I'd stay there again. I just can't give 5 stars to a place with pealing paint on the ceiling, towel bar that barely stays on wall, etc. Outdated decor is one thing, outdated maintenance is another. Amazing location and the balcony was marvelous. But, it isn't 5 star inside.
