On the grounds, you'll find swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness center, and a boardwalk leading out to the white sand beach. It's both a scenic and convenient location, only a mile from Highway 59 and two miles from Gulf State Park. There's no better place to begin and end each day than your private balcony - a spacious, shaded outdoor area where you can sip coffee or cocktails, play cards, even sit down for dinner with a gorgeous view. Inside, the condo is beautifully decorated, offering an open kitchen, both a table and breakfast bar for at-home dining, and a living room that opens to the balcony. Enjoy central air conditioning, your own washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits and towels, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Each bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom, with the primary suite opening to the Gulf-facing balcony. Things to Know Construction Notice: Entry door preparation and painting is scheduled for November 9–December 11, 2026, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. No work is scheduled for Thanksgiving week (November 23–27). During painting, unit entry doors must remain slightly ajar for approximately 2–3 hours to dry.
