Cheerful beach stay with heated pool, balcony, gulf views, W&D, & central AC

The location was perfect

I have mixed reviews on this one. The place was great. It was clean and nice. However, the pictures are deceiving and so is the description of the place. 1) It was one the third level basically, not the second. Parking is under the first level of the building. So while it’s described as second level. It was really the third. It wouldn’t have mattered much, but when you have someone in your party with mobility issues, those extra flights of stairs mattered. 2) The pictures of the place are deceiving. The bathroom and bedrooms was smaller than expected. 3) To reach the beach you have to have a key fob. You are provided with 4 key fobs. However, only one ever worked. 4) This one was the most infuriating. The code to get inside the condo was 10 digits long. And it was very sensitive. The slightest second of not inputting the next number would throw it off and you had to start all the way over. Getting inside was a hassle every single time. There was no getting to quickly look at the next set of numbers on your phone, you had to remember the sequence. We were hoping it was a one time code and there would be keys inside, but no. There were no keys. Over all the place was clean and nice.

We appreciated the pool and being able to walk out to the beach and the shop across the street. The quality of the unit was not to the standard shown in the pictures. The cleanliness and condition of the furniture in the unit was very underwhelming. The sofa was stained and dingy, bedding and curtains were stained, and floors left black residue on our feet. We also found clothing from previous renter in the washing machine. The noise of the emergency vehicles and folks revving their engines at night was disruptive well into midnight. Then around 4:30-5am, we were woken up every morning to a garbage truck collecting from the dumpsters in the parking lot next to us. We got very little rest.

Hi Becky! We are about to check out of B26. This was our 5th time to stay at HH. We actually stayed in this very unit 4 years ago. Some things you might consider fixing- The chain latch is broken. The toilet paper holder is broken. There were no parking passes. One of the fobs didn’t work. The sliding glass door wouldn’t lock. The door from the bedroom to the balcony wouldn’t open. The tv in the bedroom flashes when watching. The bathroom sink could use some Draino. We did have a great trip as always.

I loved the beach access, the home was beautiful the floors could of been cleaned and the toliet holder was broke but manageable. The property was very peaceful and family friendly. Highly recommend ❤️

This home was ok if you are just looking for a place to sleep. It isn't very clean nor is it updated. Master TV is going out, wifi is spotty at best, shower curtain is filthy, shower faucet handle is either upside down or broken, dirty handprints all over the doors, baseboards are visibly gross. Balcony door doesn't lock. Beach access is nice and easy, but the pool was absolutely disgusting and had trash in it. Dumpster is overflowing with trash. I would not stay here again.
