Step into the full kitchen (no dishwasher) to whip up family favorites, then grab a bite at the adjacent table before heading out to explore. Great fold out giant couch! Easy parking for 2 vehicles, for free. Wi-Fi worked great, nice TV’s. Plenty of hot water and deeded access to beach across the street. Nice seating on deck in front. This is not a fancy place, but it is homey and practical, and reasonably priced. Short walk to Beach House and Waves. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Close to the beach! And the pool was great when my kiddo needed a break from salt water. Not the most beautiful condo, but perfect for our small family. Would bring extra pillows and blankets!

If you’re going to stay at moonraker 22 make sure you bring kitchen supplies. Baking pans, regular frying pans. I used a wok (why it’s in a condo idk) to cook spaghetti for my family. This felt more like a motel with a kitchen in it I guess I expected more for what I paid to stay, I slightly saw into some of the other condos and they just looked more appealing.. There is no dishwasher and the temp is set to 74 so the first night we stayed it was miserably hot inside the “condo”. Over all the location was good very short walk to the beach and quiet. The pool was very warm but to be expected in Alabama in the summer time. Nice porch area to sit on the picnic table. Close to a small store and ice cream shop about 4 minute walk. We had 2 kids and 3 adults and didn’t figure out the pull out couch until the last day.. while packing.. it’s on the longer end of the couch not the side with straps to pull.. very used space.. like I said already just expected better for almost 1000 dollars for 3 nights.. also has a weak spot in the floor where the sink is at.. proceed with caution..
