Ocean-view condo with central AC, indoor pool, & gym - sunsets on the beach

It was a great spot for a small family or couple, and close to pools and a short walk to the beach

Enjoyed very much!

I initially found this property and the reviews were outstanding, which ended as a severe confusion. We arrived and there was nothing but sheets on our beds. I requested blankets and asked if they could call before they arrived so no employee entered when we were not present. My husband went back to the condo and found someone inside?? That same night another employee came into our condo at 10pm without knocking to drop blankets off. No knocking?? At 10pm?? The refrigerator didn’t work for two days so half our groceries went bad the very next day as we prepped for a 7 day stay. The ice maker never worked our entire stay. I saw that in a previous review assuming five months later that would be fixed. I then had to request a key card to access amenities .. and then the elevator broke with my son inside! We had to go up and down four floors for three days with five kids. I called Vacasa to complain for the third time and they said the elevator wasn’t something they handled and couldn’t assist. Just to add there is barely enough cook ware for one person, 3 calls to management with no call back, and the air barely worked. Also, the laundry room smelled like something died with 1000 flies in it, couldn’t even wait if I wanted to. The beach was great, the condo was livable for a week but I wouldn’t allow my 80 year old grandmother to stay there. It was one thing after another. I typically only write good reviews but this one deserves what it’s worth. Save your money.

Location was great

I will start by saying this unit could use a deep clean, or possibly just some closer attention. There were a few cleanliness issues we ran in to. Most of the issues could be looked past, or taken care of on our own. The location of this unit has perfect access to the indoor pool & facilities. It is a short walk to the beach. The main outdoor pool for our building was not clean or cool. The jets weren’t working so there was a lot of floating trash/bugs. However, the other pools on the property were in good condition. The restaurant on site was good & decently priced.

Property was nice. Location was ehh. I didn’t realize it was so far out from everything. Dollar General is right down the road so that was good. The pool was nice. Entry codes are too long. Had to call and receive new entry codes twice because they wouldn’t work. After a long day at the pool, being locked out was very aggravating. The vacasa help line was helpful with getting a new code.
