Prepare everyone's favorite dish with help from the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, including a convenient dishwasher. The beach house itself was spacious, comfortable, and the direct beach access was exactly what we were looking for. The location made for a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the property management was disappointing. On the first day of our stay, we notified them that the DirecTV was not working. They asked us to send screenshots of the error, which we did immediately. After not hearing back the following day, I called again on the third day. They returned my call and explained that the issue had been sent to someone who was on vacation, and they would send someone else instead. A technician came out promptly, but unfortunately did not know how to resolve the problem, so the DirecTV was never repaired during our stay. What made this especially frustrating was that, when we were researching the property before booking, we noticed a previous review mentioning the same DirecTV issue. The property's response to that guest stated they wished they had been informed during the stay so they could have fixed it. We did exactly that—reported the problem immediately, followed up when we didn't receive a response, and still the issue remained unresolved. Overall, the house itself is a great property with plenty of space and excellent beach access. However, the lack of follow-through in addressing a reported maintenance issue, especially one that appears to have been ongoing, was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable vacation.

The entire vacation was fantastic and this property played a major part. Spacious and just steps to the beach with an amazing overlook. Family memories were made, recorded and definitely will be remembered.

Loved all the space in the home. The screened in porch was a dream and the view of the ocean was amazing. I have been coming to the island for years and this was my favorite place to stay. I would 100% recommend.

The place was perfect for our group of 8. It was exactly as pictured. It was also very spacious! We weren’t tripping over each over at all! The location was spot on also with amazing views!
