Ive rented cottages for over 40 years and this was one of the top ones. I didnt have to buy anything for one. I was most impressed with the kitchen which had everything and more needed to make a yummy meal. Beds were comfy, and plenty of towels. And dog friendly! I'll definitely stay next visit to Dauphin Island!

The house was clean and tidy but not spacious enough for 8 people. It’s advertised that it sleeps 8. No place to store groceries. No bowls with lids. Bring your own kitchen knives because the ones there won’t cut butter. Washer doesn’t fill deep enough. Really not enough water in washer to clean the clothes good. I messaged about renting the golf cart and no reply until the day we were leaving. Small bathroom shower door leaks water all in the floor while showering, bathroom sink vanities are not big enough to but produce on while doing hair or makeup. Master bathroom is way too small for such a large bed. Nothing complimentary. Must bring dish soap dish washing pods laundry soap and hand soap. Only get a few extra trash bag and a few rolls of toilet paper so bring extra of those too. But overall a cute cozy house.
