Great unit. Would definitely rent again. Roomy condo with great balcony furniture, too

Needs more pans, could have been cleaner (dirty house shoes and food in couch), dirty hat hanging from bathroom light, floors made socks black, wifi didn't work well for phone but worked great for roku. Got an email we had to let someone inspect balconies Thursday and Friday and had to wait for them to come sometimes after 10 am. So wasted two days of vacation waiting for no one to show..ended up just leaving after a few hours. Property does have a great view and amazing security. Loved the pools (indoor and out), decent gym for short workout, parking was good, check in and check out was easy. Oh, the front door wouldn't lock (metal piece had to be adjusted for door to latch) we reported it twice but it was never addressed OR fixed for our entire 7 day stay!!! But honestly, for the money .. we would definitely come back.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view rooms were exceptional and an overall excellent experience

The condo was not clean. There was food left in the kitchen sink drain. There was some kind of dog vomit on the carpet under the foot stool. The main bedroom had 3 pillows. There were pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. Two sinks in the master bath but only one hand towel. The towels are a joke. They are so small and only one per person. The worst part was we reported it to Vacasa and told them it was ok to come in and fix and no one ever showed up. They need a bigger skillet in the kitchen. Additionally, the tv in the master bedroom had one volume setting. Which was loud.

Upon arrival on Saturday, July 19, 2025, we found a dirty kitchen. Countertops weren’t wiped, kitchen table wasn’t wiped, kitchen cabinets had food spilled down the front, there was still dishwasher soap in the dispenser which indicated the dishes that had been in there from the previous guests weren’t clean. We found pans, cutting boards, plates, utensils, and knives that weren’t clean. There was food stuck on them. The kitchen chairs still had food stuck on them. The nightstand in the Master bedroom still had drink spots and stuff stuck on the glass. I contacted Vacasa immediately and got a response that someone from the local team would contact us. We had to clean the kitchen and all dishes, utensils, etc. plus my daughter was sitting on the floor and cleaning cabinets. After we had done all the cleaning, they then offered to send a cleaning crew which was way too late. We also didn’t have a broom. After countless times of reaching out, we finally got one Wednesday night. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. I had to go out and purchase those. It was a very bad experience. I questioned everything and whether it was clean or not since arriving. We payed over $4200.00 for this condo. I also asked for a reimbursement for the broom I had to go out and buy and have yet to be reimbursed. I was told several times how sorry they were and that they would make a note of it. We deserve part of the rental back. We shouldn’t have to spend half a day cleaning a condo that cost over $4000.00. I have pictures to prove everything that we found. This is nothing against the homeowners. They need to know what a poor job Vacasa has done.
