The house was nice but poorly stocked. Insufficient cookware/dishes/utensils for a home that sleeps 14. Single serve coffee machine instead of a pot was inconvenient so we had to purchase one. Bedding/blankets were skimpy…requested blankets and was brought two. TVs constantly losing connection with the WiFi and signal. The griddle on the patio was unusable because it was completely rusted. The response time on most requests was quick but not always useful. Also, the “walk to beach” is misleading. It can be done but if you are carrying anything for a day on the sand…it’s almost too much. We had to drive and pay for public parking. I also did not like renting from vacasa and then being transferred over to Avari. It seemed strange and I like to pick who I do business with. We enjoyed the amenities of the neighborhood. The house was beautiful and fit us well…the inconveniences of it will most likely keep us from considering it in the future at that price point.

The house accommodated all eight guests. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms for each room were a plus. The sitting areas upstairs and downstairs were definitely a plus. Overall all of our needs were met and will recommend renting from Vacasa to my friends and relatives.

We stayed in a home that was supposed to accommodate 14 people. We had 14 family members for 4 days, 3 nights. We were not given an adequate amount of towels and blankets for everyone. I reached out to the number provided with our concern and I was told someone local would contact us. That never happened. The home was very nice and clean. Overall, I'd have been much happier for the price we paid if we didn't have to wash towels multiple times each day because we didn't have enough.
