The bright, open interior comes well-appointed for guest comfort with updated design and amenities. The full kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy cleanup. There's seating for three at the breakfast bar and the dining table is set for four. A handy wet bar comes equipped with a mini-fridge for happy hour convenience. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials. Both bedrooms feature en suite bathroom access for guest privacy. A shared, half-bath is also available for household convenience. Things to Know This unit will be undergoing the application of a new exterior, durable wall coating. The project is expected from 12/4-12/30 (subject to change due to weather), and during this time, the balcony will be unavailable for use. There will be no impact to interior space related to the construction, except that all patio items must be stored inside the unit for the duration of the project time, which may create some inconvenience. Additionally, noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

The place was nice with adequate space and a beautiful view. Not as clean as expected or hoped for upon arrival, but the customer service is great, they definitely went out of the way to reach out and keep in contact and be ready to help with anything that was needed.

Came down to have some vacation time with my parents, both in their late 70's and Regency Isle 802, Orange Beach, AL provided a great place to stay. The condo was comfortable, well decorated, and clean. The highlight is of course the wonderful view of the Gulf and at least for our needs perfectly located being in a very relaxed part part of the area while still being located near many things to do.

Can't say that enough. The view was amazing from the eighth floor. Loved the very spacious balcony. 2 Br/3 bath. Liked the addition of the 3rd half bath. Overall, it was a great unit and stay. Only a 10 minute walk to the Flor-Bama and Ole River. Would definitely like to visit again.

This condo has a great view of the ocean and a huge balcony. It was very clean and well-equipped. The king size bed was comfortable. The family room furniture is dated but was sufficient for the little time we spent inside.
